- FPR is ‘The fraction of patients without heart disease which are incorrectly identified as with heart disease’.
- By increasing the threshold TPR, FPR decreases but, specificity increases. Inversely, by decreasing the threshold, the value of TPR, FPR increases, and specificity decreases.
